Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team at IWG plc. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a critical role in engaging with customers, resolving account queries, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing collections for corporate customers, ensuring invoices are paid according to payment terms.
  • Resolve disputes and ensure concerns are actioned correctly.
  • Allocate payments in a timely fashion.
  • Complete administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the team.
  • Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication and fast responses.
  • Collections experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can work with direction but little supervision.
  • Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking in a demanding environment.
  • A team player.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
