As we continue to drive growth in Latin America, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our international team. Our unique blend of Silicon Valley's culture and strong entrepreneurial spirit offers an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving direct impact on business metrics and improving the lives of our students. Your ability to identify patterns, provide technical support, and optimize processes will be key to your success.
Responsibilities include responding to student inquiries, keeping translations up-to-date, and other growth operations activities that require high levels of responsibility and commitment. You will work independently, even when working remotely, and be in daily contact with international teams requiring advanced English language skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, customer success experience, and planning and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively, juggle multiple priorities, and think critically is essential for this role.
