Clinical Trials Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our client network and fostering long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and sustain these relationships through strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, CROs, and medical institutions
  • Collaborate with the Site Development Manager to promote our brand by acquiring new clinics and building a site network
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to expand our network
  • Organize meetings with potential clients to present our business opportunities and benefits
  • Support the Marketing team in preparing promotional materials
  • Attend industry conferences, training workshops, and other relevant events as required

Requirements:

  • College or university degree; background in life sciences is highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical environment, either as a medical representative or study coordinator
  • Fluent English language skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid category B driver's license
