Field Services Engineer

Key responsibilities of this role include technical support and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-user support, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing and audio conferencing.

Requirements:
  • Experience in diagnosing and solving problems in the scope of microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing and audio conferencing;
  • Ability to identify and clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both those in the market and those developed internally), equipment, standards and procedures on the technological environment of the Customer and its use;
  • Ability to perform analysis of the hardware requirements for software installation;
  • Test functionalities of new equipment, components or peripherals, and prepare configuration and user guides or manuals;
  • Reinstall the default image on workstations or notebooks, including the process of backing up users' data;
  • Act in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision.
