Job Title: Administrative Secretary
Job Summary:
The Administrative Secretary will provide advanced and diversified administrative support to SBM's managers to meet the strategic objectives in line with SBM's Values. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties, including planning, completing, and documenting tasks with accuracy and on-time deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership to define and develop the scope of assigned tasks and required support
- Understand and complete assigned tasks within the predefined criteria and compliant with applicable (internal and external) policies, codes, and standards
- Identify areas requiring more detailed instructions and clarify understanding, expectations as necessary
- Review data and prepare presentations and suggestions
- Ensure work is documented in a well-structured format to clearly convey required information
- Utilize organizational skills to ensure good house-keeping of deliverables and internal records
- Create, review, and update documentation on department/project procedures and work instructions
Requirements:
- Degree in Administration, Secretary, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the function
- Fluent in English
