**About the Role**:

BW Energy is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the front desk and office appearance, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

- Provide administrative support, including reception duties, and assist with maintenance and security matters.

- Coordinate meeting room reservations, preparation, and maintenance.

- Ensure premises are well maintained and pleasant for employees and customers.

- Support land/flight transport logistics and accommodation needs for staff and visitors as needed.

- Perform courier services and other responsibilities commensurate with the position.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma.

- Long relevant experience may replace a high school diploma.

**Experience**:

- Ideally 3 years of experience with hands-on administrative functions.

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Solution-oriented with good negotiation skills.

- Proactive and able to work independently.

- Team player.

- Structured and organized with good attention to details.

**Knowledge**:

- Fluent in English (oral and written).
