The role of the Presales Consultant is to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, fostering strong relationships with customers and showcasing our technical capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transforming complex business needs into actionable technical strategies
  • Engaging with customers to understand their pain points and deliver targeted solutions
  • Leading bid management initiatives, crafting compelling technical presentations, and collaborating with onshore and offshore teams
  • Spearheading proposal development (proactive and RFx) to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with Relationship Managers to identify new opportunities, build customer relationships, and generate revenue streams
  • Bridging the gap between customers, Solution Teams, and Delivery Teams to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related fields
  • Business acumen and analytical skills to drive informed decision-making
  • Proven experience in pricing, IT projects, and office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing, ADM Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, GenAI, and Cyber Security
  • Desirable: Sales/Presales experience, corporate relationships with customers and suppliers
