Job Overview

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be the expert in our solutions and a trusted advisor to clients. You will maintain and strengthen client relationships while supporting clients through the implementation of SHIELD's solutions. Working closely with the team, you will provide high-quality service and support, including technical consultation and quick troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to introduce our products and solutions to potential clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and design high-quality presentations that meet their requirements
  • Create comprehensive business and technical collateral
  • Provide support to Partner ecosystems in creating tailored solutions for clients
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations emphasizing key values of our solution to clients
  • Understand the technical environment, technology landscape, business requirements, and evaluation scope
  • Be the trusted technical advisor for clients, partners, and other teams
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales engineering, or Support engineering in the B2B enterprise Software/SaaS/payments industry
  • Familiarity with HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL
  • Candidate must possess strong customer focus with ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
