Project Overview: We are seeking an outstanding Frontend React Developer for a fully remote position to collaborate with a client in the pharmacy services sector. This client is dedicated to enhancing the traditional pharmacy experience by providing an all-encompassing healthcare solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by minimizing waste and delays in the software development lifecycle.
  • Compile metrics that reflect team progress and identify bottlenecks.
  • Encourage collaboration among team members and with clients.
  • Embrace change and adapt as necessary.
  • Maintain team motivation towards achieving project objectives.
  • Exhibit strong communication and transparency skills.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making abilities. Coordinate project plans by identifying deliverables, milestones, schedules, and necessary tasks. Ensure all project documentation is complete throughout the project lifecycle and secure appropriate approvals at each phase. Manage and track project status by establishing a regular meeting schedule with project teams. Direct and coordinate project personnel activities to ensure timely progress and resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Facilitate communication among diverse team members.
  • Align with the client on the product vision and ensure clarity for all team members. Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive product backlog.
  • Utilize techniques for backlog estimation and prioritization. Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily meetings throughout the release cycles.
  • Compile metrics that demonstrate team progress or bottlenecks (KPI).

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Agile methodologies.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Scrum Certified (PSM preferred). A minimum of 3 years of experience with Jira boards, queries, dashboards, and reports. Advanced understanding of software development lifecycle stages (not necessarily as a developer).
  • Proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Project Management role within teams exceeding 20 professionals.
