  • Oversee a portfolio of customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide prescriptive guidance to help them achieve business outcomes.
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product, and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and increase footprint.
  • Work with ServiceNow teams to promote customer success stories and processes, and ensure customers obtain the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment.
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem.

  • 5+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services, and experience resolving issues through analysis.
  • Experience working collaboratively, and ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus.
