About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Director for Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales efforts in the region and drive business growth for OTM Holidays DMC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to expand our presence in the Latin American market, focusing on key regions such as Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other key partners within the region.
  • Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new travel opportunities in the Latin American market.
  • Customized Solutions: Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to meet client needs and company objectives.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report sales activities to upper management.
  • Industry Events and Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and services.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to partners and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successful sales and business development in Latin America, particularly in Brazil.
  • Industry Network: Strong network of contacts within the Latin American travel industry.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
  • Independence and Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage a remote-based sales operation.
  • B2B Experience: Experience working in a B2B environment is highly desirable.
  • Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel as needed across Latin America and internationally.
