The Retail division is seeking a Senior Pricing Strategy Manager to spearhead pricing initiatives and operational excellence for Brazil. This role is pivotal in shaping, constructing, and executing pricing strategies across all retail categories in Brazil, ensuring we cultivate long-term customer trust by providing the most competitive prices on a vast array of products.

The Senior Pricing Manager will oversee all pricing operations within the country, implementing scalable solutions and delivering performance metrics to business units and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with business units to align pricing strategies with their objectives.
  • Analyze the retail environment, refine pricing strategies, and generate insights to guide categories in offering competitive pricing.
  • Engage with various teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Management, Category Leadership, Payments, and Finance.
  • Review pricing initiatives to ensure competitiveness.
  • Develop and present key pricing metrics and initiatives.
  • Lead and execute projects to successful completion, effectively partnering with supporting teams.
  • Comprehend Brazil-specific requirements and educate global teams accordingly.

We welcome candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in establishing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Proficiency in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for improvement.
  • Significant experience working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Background in program or project management.
  • Experience in managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Proven track record of delivering projects within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
