Join Our Mission

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Commercial area, part of the Sales Engineer Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical demonstrations and presentations of our solution.
  • Create product demonstrations and presentations based on client needs and pain points.
  • Respond to technical queries during the sales process and ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with product management to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Assist in RFP/RFI responses and other technical documentation required during the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: English advanced is mandatory, Spanish advanced is a plus.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical role within the payments or fintech.
  • Experience with integration processes and working with APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and customers.
  • Experience in delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
