We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Contracts and Compliance Liaison. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Brazil and contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between our LATAM clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and contract workflows. They will also be responsible for translating communications and supporting compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between clients and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Support Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.
  • Manage contract workflows with Sales team, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist AML Manager with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
  • Support local Director with Corporate Governance and Secretarial duties.
  • Coordinate external advisors when required.
  • Provide support on general Brazilian corporate matters while liaising with Head Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace).
