Job Opportunity

The role of Account Director is a key position in the company, overseeing the management and strategy of client accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated business unit from an operational perspective, focusing on the Americas region.
  • Lead and coach a team to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
  • Develop strategic plans and provide advisory services for ecommerce development to clients and the team.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through analysis of their business needs, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the client experience.
  • Support the sales team with information and input for pitches, helping to drive business growth.
  • Generate innovative ideas to improve the business and execute them effectively.
  • Monitor team efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Serve as a role model and knowledge expert, providing training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Manage budgets and P&L for projects, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Oversee client accounts, continuously improving the client-agency relationship and driving client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • A passionate individual with a strategic approach to business.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory or team management experience, with a focus on leadership development.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in project management and working with eRetailers, especially Amazon & Walmart.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with international clients and adapt to diverse projects.
  • Strategic business consulting expertise and fluency in English (C1 level).
