Lead Professional Services Consultant – LATAM

The role of the Lead Professional Services Consultant – LATAM is to oversee the delivery of professional services across the region, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of consultants and driving performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives;
- Overseeing the successful delivery of projects, including client engagement, solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development;
- Maintaining deep knowledge of FCC solutions, including AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening;
- Providing hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical implementations;
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should be fluent in English and Spanish and have experience working in a global matrix organization.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
- Strong business acumen, with a track record of driving growth, managing client relationships, and delivering measurable impact in professional services or technology consulting;
