The role of a Senior Shopify Developer is multifaceted and requires a high degree of technical expertise. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and troubleshooting critical issues.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Product Management and business partners to ensure system capabilities meet design and solution requirements. You will also work closely with Development to guarantee technical requirements are met, best practices are adhered to, and security and performance standards are maintained.
Must-haves for this position include 4+ years of experience in Shopify development, a solid understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and flexibility to work varying shifts as part of a rotating schedule. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities are essential.
Nice-to-haves include previous experience in customer service or technical support, Salesforce Cloud experience, and proficiency in core JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
