Your role in our team will be to serve as the face of marketing & communications to Business Partners. As a Recruitment Partner Marketing Specialist, Expert, you are responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution plan targeting new and dormant business partners.
This geography-focused role requires a deep understanding of the ecosystem across all GTM motions (build, sell, service), the offerings, and market trends aligned to your coverage area. You will be working closely with Field Marketing and Channel Sales teams to bring the voice of the partner back into IBM.
About Your Responsibilities- We offer a dynamic blend of personal flexibility and a thriving in-office environment. This role requires three days of in-office presence per week, with two days for remote work.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement with Business Partners.
- Leverage your expertise in marketing automation tools like Marketo and analytics tools like Tableau to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
Educational Background and Technical Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
- Experience managing a marketing budget and leading cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
