We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our regional sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Formal sales training and/or certification
  • Experience in green building design and sustainability technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, problem-solving, and communication
  • Able to read and understand project specifications
