Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to execute our customer relationship management (CRM) strategy, with the primary goal of increasing customer lifetime value across our product offerings.

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the CRM programme across all stages of the customer lifecycle. This will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting customer requirements across the CRM product
  • Measuring, reporting, and optimizing all CRM activities
  • Creating and managing both sports/casino-focused and lifecycle CRM calendars
  • Ensuring all promotions and communications are aligned to business value
  • Implementing personalization strategies based on data-driven approaches
  • Troubleshooting issues working closely with the customer support team

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and betting, as well as strong numerical skills and experience creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and improve customer retention.

Additionally, fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, along with the ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately.

Desirable skills include fluency in Brazilian Portuguese, previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and APIs, and a passion for soccer and esports.
