Customer Relationship Management Executive Opportunity

Join a leading sports betting and gaming company to capitalize on the growth of technology-driven customer experiences.

We are seeking an experienced CRM Operations Executive to contribute to the strategic development and implementation of our customer relationship management system. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong analytical skills, data segmentation expertise, and experience working with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, and demonstrate a flexible attitude towards accommodating last-minute requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns using email, SMS, inbox, and social media platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including testing, setup, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and legislation to manage risks effectively.
  • Contribute to improving bonus and CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly reports detailing activities performed and challenges encountered.
  • Test and provide feedback on new features proposed by development teams.
  • Guarantee data integrity and adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM management or a similar role.
  • Native Romanian speaker with English at a business proficient level.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation and reporting tools.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and motivated individual who can drive continuous improvement.
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills, able to communicate project status effectively.
  • Flexible attitude and responsiveness to accommodate last-minute requests.
