We are looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our customer relationship management efforts in Brazil. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our communications strategy and develop a comprehensive plan that resonates with local culture and interests while aligning with our global brand vision.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing marketing communications across the entire customer journey, incorporating all brands, products, and audiences. They will also optimize automated marketing and comms plans to enhance engagement, campaign planning with focused promotional budgets centered on sporting/gaming events to increase lifetime value (LTV), and analyze customer groups, segment them, and plan targeted promotional and loyalty campaigns.

Key qualifications include native-level Brazilian Portuguese proficiency, a valid work visa, and good English communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of sports, have leadership experience, and be proficient in CRM tools like Optimove. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational and time-management abilities, are also essential.
