We are looking for a skilled CRM Executive to join our team and contribute to our success in the iGaming industry.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute customer communication strategies to drive conversion, retention, and cross-sell using data-driven approaches.
  • Analyze ROI and optimize lifecycle offers and player communications to improve efficiency and enable campaigns to scale.
  • Implement highly automated journeys to increase efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
  • Manage and optimize player incentives to drive business growth.
Your Profile:
  • At least one year of experience in iGaming and CRM, including life cycle management.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with teams.
  • Fluent English skills (Spoken and written).
  • Good understanding of player bonuses and incentives.
