We are looking for a skilled CRM Executive to join our team and contribute to our success in the iGaming industry.
About the Role:- Develop and execute customer communication strategies to drive conversion, retention, and cross-sell using data-driven approaches.
- Analyze ROI and optimize lifecycle offers and player communications to improve efficiency and enable campaigns to scale.
- Implement highly automated journeys to increase efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
- Manage and optimize player incentives to drive business growth.
- At least one year of experience in iGaming and CRM, including life cycle management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with teams.
- Fluent English skills (Spoken and written).
- Good understanding of player bonuses and incentives.
