Job Opportunity

Tecnico Quimico Jr Responsibilities:
  • Perform analytical tests on E-coat and pre-treatment samples to ensure product quality.
  • Manage the flow of internal and external samples for laboratory operations.
  • Collect raw materials from manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare semi-finished products for formula adjustments or developments to meet customer requirements.
  • Update work methods to improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to junior technicians in laboratory settings.
  • Develop and manage test plans, perform tests, and prepare reports related to product performance testing to drive business decisions.
  • Improve processes and workflow to enhance productivity.
  • Support 5S management activities to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform performance testing for new product homologation and customer approval to ensure compliance.
  • Manage laboratory consumables to optimize resource allocation.
  • Support administrative activities (purchases, receipts, invoice issuance) in the laboratory to streamline operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Completed technical chemistry course with a focus on laboratory procedures.
  • Intermediate level Office package skills are highly desirable for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent teamwork and organization skills are essential for collaboration and task management.
