Job Title: Regional Applications Support Leader

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for the management of all application support contracts within South America. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor relationship management, contract negotiation and oversight, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and global support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with AMS vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and performance is consistently reviewed.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to ensure optimal terms and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with vendors to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee all AMS contracts, tracking key performance indicators, milestones, and financials.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to contract performance.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals and renegotiations.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in application support or similar field.
  • English and Spanish advanced proficiency.
  • ITIL Foundations & related certifications.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Information Security.
  • Leadership development programs.
