Sales Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving efficiency and sustainability in our sales operations, working closely with our sales leadership across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining and executing the foundations of sales operations, including building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, and planning budget
  • Managing variable compensation models, targets, and attainment
  • Executing and scaling day-to-day operational processes, including defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, and reporting business results
Requirements:
  • Work experience in sales operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable experience
  • Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analysis
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
  • Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
  • Team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
  • Salesforce knowledge: prior experience working with Salesforce as a CRM
