Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth through partnerships. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in shaping partnership strategies, cultivating new relationships, optimizing existing ones, and collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist as the primary point of contact for assigned business partners
  • Drive new business by identifying and developing partner leads
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and executives
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executives
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and exceed sales expectations
  • Forecast and track key performance metrics
Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
