Customer Service Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with queries and provide product recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain store security and protect company assets
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandise is recovered promptly
  • Receive and unload merchandise from trucks, restock shelves in accordance with productivity standards
  • Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, colleagues, and leaders
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drugstore environments highly valued
  • Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
  • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 pounds and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills essential
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills necessary
