About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to enhance Can-Am, Sea Doo, and other business opportunities
  • Lead the development of proposals and presentations for new business and products, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building short, medium, and long-term plans for additional sales
  • Persistently search for new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop strategies and governance for new venture implementation and results
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing and Net Dev strategies
  • Motivate the team, track performance, report results, and make presentations to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Execution capability is a must
  • Flexibility to travel from 1 to 2 weeks per month
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience with sales techniques, product development, or marketing
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project management, events execution, product demonstration, and training
  • Ability to deliver presentations
