About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Director to lead our business growth efforts in the PUB region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across Brazil and border markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial team across Brazil and border markets, including Paraguay, Uruguay, French Guiana, Guiana, and Suriname.
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive business growth through portfolio, pricing, route to market, resource allocation, and disciplined decision making.
  • Manage and own responsibility for PUB P&L, including year-over-year planning efforts.
  • Develop strong working relationships with distributor partners at all levels, influencing key decision makers and implementing effective account management.
  • Establish the strategic direction of the region in partnership with the SCA&C Leadership Team and communicate that direction and vision to the commercial team.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions.
  • Meet/exceed annual volume and market share objectives of all brands across all channels.
  • Build sales talent via recruitment and development of high-caliber individuals.
  • Improve quality of strategic operating planning via in-depth ongoing analysis of market trends and identification of company strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the FMCG or liquor industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead large numbers of employees.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Advanced Spanish – must be able to communicate in the language.
  • Strategic thinker with multi-brand and multi-market management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
  • P&L management expertise.
