About The Big Jobsite

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to lead our business development efforts and drive growth across our multinational group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase our business volume, managing our P&L, and building strong relationships with large players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop studies on potential growth by region to identify opportunities for expansion and increase our market share.
  • Plan and execute new business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage the administration of our P&L to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Develop and implement customer service structures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead sales and product development efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Strong professional background with experience in sales, product development, and business management.
  • Graduation from first-line schools with a Post-graduation in Business Management and/or MBA.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
