We're seeking a software expert to work with cross-functional teams.

This stakeholder is focused on the LATAM region, primarily Mexico.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working alongside the development team but also closely with the client, championing and designing solutions in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key responsibilities include defining software architecture aligned with business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and usability.

The selected professional will evaluate and select technologies and frameworks for implementation based on project strategy.

They will develop and validate system diagrams and documentation with the client, collaborate with development teams to guide and support architecture implementation, identify technical risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

The role requires conducting code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines, fostering innovation by monitoring tech trends and suggesting new tools, and ensuring the team possesses the necessary technical knowledge through training.

The software architect will manage the architectural backlog and prioritize improvements, participate in stakeholder meetings to align business needs and technical vision, and ensure documentation and technical alignment with development progress.

A key aspect of this position is facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams, optimizing algorithms and automation using AI to enhance workflow and efficiency, and requiring experience as a Solution Architect (Microservices, SOA, Serverless, Monolithic).

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in software development with technologies like frontend: Vue.js, Angular, experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, CosmosDB), experience with Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), and experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and architecture governance.

Familiarity with defining and managing non-functional requirements, load testing, and performance optimization, experience with authentication/authorization architectures and observability solutions, fluent English skills to work with multicultural teams, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA) are required.
