Procurement Manager

The role of the Procurement Manager is to lead and develop category strategies that ensure strategic sourcing and supplier management of safes, money processing equipment, and ATMs.

This position drives cost savings, optimizes supplier performance, and ensures alignment between procurement strategies and business objectives.

As part of the global sourcing team, the Procurement Manager will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value across the organization and support enhancement of the procurement function's capabilities.

  • Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure category planning and execution to align with key priorities for category related spend across all geographies and business units.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers while maintaining competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Category Management
  • Drive innovation, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
  • Negotiate and implement global contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage supplier performance to improve quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
Supplier Relationship & Performance Management
  • Collaborate with business owners, finance, legal, and other relevant departments.
  • Serve as a key advisor to procurement leadership on all matters related to sourcing.
Procurement Operations & Process Improvement
  • Support optimization of sourcing processes by driving standardization, automation, and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital and/or equipment sourcing.
