Job Title: LATAM Payments Manager\

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee payment operations in Latin America.

\

Your focus will be on transaction monitoring, operational efficiency, and improving payment performance. You will act as the main contact for local third-party payment providers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and resolve issues.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage and optimize end-to-end payment processes including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer support.
  • Coordinate with local payment providers and banks to ensure high-quality service and resolve complex transaction issues.
  • Monitor transactions in real-time to detect and respond to suspicious or fraudulent activities, including handling customer queries.
  • Evaluate and improve payment workflows to enhance speed, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
  • Analyze customer payment behavior to suggest new payment methods or improvements.
\Requirements:\
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payment or financial operations within fintech, e-commerce, or related sectors.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of payment systems and funds flows.
  • Experience with payment gateways and PSPs; transaction monitoring is advantageous.
