
World-Class Sales Director

We're seeking an accomplished sales leader to define and execute our global sales strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on sales expert who can build and scale a revenue engine across international markets.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the sales vision: Drive the entire sales cycle from strategy to execution—from lead generation to contract close.
- Set the sales direction: Define and execute our go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
- Pursue strategic revenue growth: Target and close deals with publishers and drive partner-led sales for our flagship product across LATAM.
- BUILD and grow the sales team: Hire, coach, and manage high-performing sales talent, building a metrics-driven sales organization.
- Deliver compelling product pitches: Present our solution tailored to client challenges and verticals.
- Inform product and GTM strategy: Relay market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap and growth initiatives.
- A proven track record of 7–10 years in SaaS, cybersecurity, or ad-tech sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI and machine learning as they apply to digital advertising, fraud detection, or cybersecurity.
- In-depth understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem—including publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and exchanges.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with working across multiple time zones and regions, particularly in LATAM.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a relentless pursuit of goals.
