Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in designing, implementing, and monitoring human resource programs and policies that drive business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute corporate policies related to human resources and organizational development.
  • Provide expert consultation services to employees and managers to address complex HR issues and find solutions.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives such as talent management and succession planning to ensure the organization's continued growth and success.
  • Support senior management in developing strategic solutions through organizational development, cultural, and process-oriented perspectives.
  • Assist in administering talent management and succession planning activities to identify and develop future leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Works independently with minimal guidance and takes initiative to solve problems.
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project and provide guidance to team members.
  • Proficient in English language communication skills.
