Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Support Specialist to provide first-level support to users for hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to users via various communication channels.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and networking equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of tickets, including status updates and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and deliver training materials to improve user skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Networking.
