Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist

The Role:
In this role, you will be working closely with internal analysts to provide support and training for the Digital Experience product line for your clients. You will assist in configuration and implementation of best practices and maintain a customer's Dynatrace environment based on communicated customer business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with an internal analyst to provide support and training for clients
- Assist in configuration and implementation of best practices
- Maintain a customer's Dynatrace environment based on customer goals
- Develop a technical understanding of the Dynatrace Digital Experience product
- Create and manage web and mobile measurements scripts
- Analyze performance and availability data, providing clear root cause analysis
- Identify and escalate issues as needed, communicating progress

Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in a technology-related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technology-related field
  • Effective communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
