Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring prompt and efficient attention to their needs.
- Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and repair complex engine issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities on engine and related components, adhering to documented schedules and standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians and/or Supervisor.
- Complete required documentation, including service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims.
- Apprentice-trained engine technician (preferred)
- Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution
- Locally valid driving permit
- Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
- Customer service experience
