About the Role

Amazon Servicos De Varejo Do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Manager to join our Retail team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform business decisions.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to drive business growth, improve terms, and increase selection.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Inventory Management, to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a focus on customer-facing and vendor management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
