About the Role

Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a dynamic Retail Business Manager to play a key role within the Retail team. As a Category Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: You will work closely with specialized teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Vendor Management: As a Vendor Relationship Owner, you will be responsible for auditing and escalating vendor performance, improving terms and cost structures, and developing long-term partnerships with vendors.
  • Business Analysis: You will analyze business data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive business results.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Inventory Management, to drive business results and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have experience in retail management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: You will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
