Position Overview: As a Senior Account Executive within the Brazil Marketplace division, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by engaging with our most significant seller accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage deeply with key seller accounts to uncover opportunities for enhanced performance.
  • Analyze seller metrics and develop customized account strategies to assist top sellers in reaching their objectives.
  • Provide guidance to sellers on the effective utilization of Marketplace tools and programs, including Self-Service Deals, Coupons, and Sponsored Ads.
  • Advise sellers on best practices to optimize critical factors such as selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
  • Encourage and facilitate seller participation in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to improve the customer experience.
  • Inform sellers about the advantages of Sponsored Ads and assist them in adopting Amazon's advertising solutions.
  • Recommend optimal shipping solutions to enhance both seller and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate essential seller feedback to relevant internal teams to foster continuous enhancement of Amazon's offerings.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of market trends and seller challenges to identify new business opportunities and shape the overall sales strategy.
  • Act as the representative voice of the seller, advocating for their needs and collaborating across departments to address their issues.
  • Exhibit a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Drive measurable outcomes that contribute to the ongoing growth of the Brazil Marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing and expanding large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in positioning and selling innovative solutions to both new and existing customers across various market segments.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables, and lookups.
