Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven HR solutions.">
  • Work closely with data scientists to develop and refine algorithms, models, and analytics solutions that improve HR processes and decision-making.">
  • Lead the product development lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, launch and metering.">
  • Execute prioritized projects on time within budget and with appropriate data governance approvals.">
  • Build realistic project timelines and keep stakeholders informed.">
  • Prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.">
  • Liaise between business and data science team as requirements translator.">
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data-driven HR products.">
  • Thought leadership - stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data science and HR technology.">

About You

  • ">
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on delivering data-driven products and solutions at scale in organizations.">
  • Strong understanding of data science concepts, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.">
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.">
  • Experience working with data visualization tools and platforms.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.">
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.">
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.">
