Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing talented individuals from underrepresented groups.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding. You will also develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent and create a positive employer brand.

About the Role:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and enhance our employer brand.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
