Partner Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Partner Manager to join our team at Red pill recursos humanos especializados ltda. As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with Google PDMs, collaborating with Google teams to create joint business plans, and driving revenue growth through partner-led sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Google PDMs, understanding their capabilities, expertise, and customer base.
  • Partner Strategy and Enablement: Work with Google teams to create joint business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth, providing training, resources, and support to Xertica employees.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive partner-led sales activities and initiatives to achieve revenue targets, identifying opportunities for joint sales engagements and co-selling with Google.
  • Technical Collaboration: Engage with Google to understand technical requirements, ensuring smooth solution integration and deployment, and coordinating with Google Cloud technical teams to support partner-led projects.
  • Marketing and Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with Google on marketing campaigns, events, and co-branded activities to promote Google Cloud solutions, participating in industry events and conferences to represent Xertica and its partner ecosystem.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement, providing regular reporting and updates to internal stakeholders and Google.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product management, and support to ensure alignment and successful execution of partner initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Cloud solutions (GCP preferred).
  • Ability to manage projects.
  • Excellent ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Ability to carry out training for the sales team.
  • Proactivity.
  • Google Certifications (differential).
