
Transformational Client Engagement Expert

The primary focus of this role is to drive profitable growth, leveraging comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships and lead high-performing teams to success. This involves cultivating relationships with senior executives, fostering talent development and innovation within the organization, and delivering high-quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level, with a proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams. They should possess effective financial acumen, driving revenue growth and managing margins, as well as experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to Profitable Growth by driving significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets, ensuring sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations, and backlog growth.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, being seen as the 'go-to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives.
- Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables, and outputs of a deal engagement.
- Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagements, enhancing client satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS), and new relationship development.
Additionally, the successful candidate will achieve individual and team utilization targets, lead the design of complex engagements, and take responsibility for delivery oversight, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. They will also lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous personal and professional development, encouraging curiosity and innovation, while ensuring outcomes are commercially focused and value-added.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
- Ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
- Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
