Job Title: Business Insights Senior Specialist

Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in the strategic development of business insights and analytics across various health and group benefit programs.

You will be instrumental in driving complex analyses and projects, working collaboratively with vendors, client service teams, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The opportunity exists to lead financial projects with small-to-midsized clients and work on cutting-edge initiatives alongside industry leaders.

  • Develops expertise in diverse client complexities by working across different client profiles and roles.
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge in employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts.
  • Serves as a key member on multiple employer client teams providing financial analyses, outputs, and client deliverables across a region.
  • Provides strategic direction on benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies.
  • Reviews technical consulting accuracy on client projects, including developing pricing and employee contributions strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefit Plan Analysis: Develops and implements effective benefit plan designs to meet client needs.
  • Financial Modeling: Creates detailed financial models to analyze client data and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Clients Management: Manages relationships with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements

  • A strong background in business finance or a related field.
  • Expertise in benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
