HR Business Development Manager

Drive Business Success as a Strategic HR Partner
You will play a pivotal role in fostering talent engagement, development, and retention by partnering with business leaders. Your presence in leadership meetings alongside sales and operational leadership will have a direct impact on the success of the business units you support.
As an influential advisor, you will guide leaders on effective HR policies, individual and team development, and performance management to achieve targeted business objectives. You will lead and coach using relationships and influence through others to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include guiding leaders in identifying emerging talent through talent review discussions and individual development planning. You will work closely with employees at all levels to understand their needs and drive consistent employee communications for clarity and focus within the business unit and across the organization.
A key focus will be on developing HR plans and strategies that support the achievement of company business objectives. You will collaborate with business leaders to develop roadmaps that ensure people, programs, and processes align with the business direction and create career paths, growth, and positive impact for all parties involved.
Additionally, you will contribute to building a strong culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. You will also assist in resolving ongoing employee relations issues and proactively anticipate potential problems whenever possible.
Lastly, you will serve as a knowledgeable representative of the company, exploring emerging trends, strategies, approaches, and education specific to the industry.
