Customer Service Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving customer complaints, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

  • The primary function of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient completion.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
