We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resolving customer complaints, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
- The primary function of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient completion.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
