Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
KOL Identification & Engagement:
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant KOLs across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Weibo) based on target demographics, niche markets, and brand compatibility.
- Design and implement innovative outreach strategies to build meaningful connections with potential KOLs.
Partnership Development & Oversight:
- Negotiate and oversee partnerships with KOLs, ensuring collaborations are mutually beneficial.
- Craft and execute campaign strategies that utilize KOLs' influence to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
Content Collaboration & Campaign Management:
- Work alongside KOLs to create compelling and high-quality content that resonates with their audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and assess key metrics related to KOL performance and campaign success.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to share results and insights with internal stakeholders.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and related industries.
- Proactively identify emerging platforms and KOLs that present opportunities for impactful collaborations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain sector, with established relationships or knowledge of influential figures in the local ecosystem.
- A strong passion for Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
- Self-motivated and driven to make an impact in undefined environments by listening to market needs and executing effectively.
